Why do we need you?
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you ensure the operational management of your island and ensure the smooth flow of shipping activities.
In this capacity, you will be expected to:
- Organize and prioritize the team’s activities based on the supply and delivery schedules;
- Guarantee the availability of the products within the planned deadlines;
- Adapting the organization in case of absence or emergency to ensure the continuity of operations;
- Ensure compliance with customer and supplier requirements, as well as with internal procedures and protocols;
- Ensure the entry and/or exit data is captured in the ERP;
- Edit delivery notes and preparation documents;
- Track the performance indicators (KPIs) of your island;
- Checking the compliance of receipts and shipments with the associated documents
- Accompanying and training logistics agents in order to develop their versatility;
- Identify the areas of progress and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Is this job right for you?
With a technical Baccalaureate in logistics, you have between 5 and 10 years of professional experience.
You must have some industry experience.
You are proficient in using computer tools and an ERP system.
You hold the CACES 1 and 3 certificates.
The position is available during the day.
